What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing strategists and researchers.
  2. Build relationships across Talent Acquisition to understand their business needs, collaborate on solving business challenges and report on progress against their goals.
  3. Lead various program activities, including annual and quarterly planning, campaign budgeting, resource planning, strategic prioritization and coordination of work, deck building, meeting cadences, status reporting, and meeting deadlines.
  4. Establish and govern global guidelines, principles, and frameworks for talent marketing to maintain brand alignment worldwide.
  5. Oversee quarterly global brand health surveys, candidate sentiment reports, and AEO reporting to inform Talent Marketing decisions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in integrated marketing planning or strategy
  • At least 3 years of experience directly leading teams

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience leading geographically distributed or international teams
  • 3+ years of experience operating within a global function
  • 3+ years of experience leading brand strategy or within a brand governance function
  • 3+ years of experience managing large paid media campaign budgets across the marketing funnel
  • 2+ years of experience in account management
  • Experience translating performance data observations and trends into actionable marketing strategies at the campaign, channel, and tactic levels with the objective of increasing marketing ROI-- for both paid and organic marketing
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity to explore second- and third-order causes for changes in campaign performance based on business and market dynamics or changes
