  1. Lead and scale engineering teams in Taipei, collaborating globally across engineering, ASIC, architecture, and operations.
  2. Drive validation execution, technical closure, and seamless NPI ramp-to-mass production transitions.
  3. Establish and track KPIs, standardize processes, and ensure alignment with global product performance targets.
  4. Manage productization, capacity planning, and lab operations, including budget control and equipment maintenance.
  5. Oversee lab operations and growth, ensuring compliance with industry standards for security and electrical testing.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ overall years of hardware validation experience
  • 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing large, high-performing teams and delivering results
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Hands-on technical expertise in validation, test line establishment, and process control
  • Demonstrated success in leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting high-reliability markets like automotive
  • Experience building and scaling teams in validation, bring-up, productization, or system performance engineering
