This role is for a Senior Manager of Hiring and Programs focused on Early Careers at Adobe India. The primary responsibility is to build and lead the university hiring and early careers ecosystem, attracting and developing top student talent across engineering, MBA, PhD, and design. A key aspect of the role is shaping Adobe's approach to AI-native and future-ready talent, integrating GenAI/AI literacy into campus partnerships and programs, and positioning Adobe as an AI-forward employer. The role also involves strategy, talent pipeline development, program management, employer branding, and people leadership, with a focus on evolving the team into an AI-aware talent function.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead India’s university hiring and early careers strategy aligned to business priorities
  2. Shape Adobe India’s approach to AI-native and future-ready talent, reimagining hiring and development for an evolving skills landscape. Focus on building practical GenAI/AI literacy into campus partnerships/programs
  3. Build strong, diverse pipelines across Engineering, MBA, PhD, and design talent, aligned to business needs
  4. Elevate Adobe’s campus brand through compelling storytelling, aligned to our mission to empower everyone to create & positioning Adobe as an AI-forward employer
  5. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, high-impact culture

Skills

Required

  • 15-16 yrs of experience in university recruiting, early careers with demonstrated leadership impact
  • Proven ability to build and scale hiring and program ecosystems in India
  • Strong understanding of the India campus landscape across engineering, MBA, research, and design institutions
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • A clear point of view on AI, future skills, and the evolving nature of early talent
