What you'd actually do

  1. Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects for our supply chain network by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, removing barriers, measuring performance, and adapting plans to deliver results.
  2. Lead end-to-end project management efforts by defining scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and governance while managing risks, dependencies, and critical issues.
  3. Manage content management initiatives by prioritizing requests and designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools, templates, and resources that support consistent digital communications.
  4. Analyze data and existing workflows to identify improvement opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and sustainable adoption.
  5. Lead behavior change and process improvement programs by establishing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing post-implementation issues.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
