Senior Manager, Issuing Solutions Sales Executive for Visa's Value-Added Services (VAS) team in Korea & Mongolia. This role focuses on identifying and generating new business opportunities by selling Visa VAS to clients and partners, driving adoption and revenue growth, and managing a sales pipeline. Requires strong commercial acumen, sales experience, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive net-new client adoption and revenue growth of Visa VAS through selling the core value proposition of issuing and risk solutions stack and its commercial value
  2. Develop, grow and execute against a pipeline of sales opportunities within the payment and commerce landscape across key clients and customer segments
  3. Be accountable to meeting annual assigned quota for net new bookings and revenue
  4. Drive deep client engagement and new service growth through multi-layer partnership with clients
  5. Develop robust collaboration with internal cross-functional stakeholders to drive key deals to closure

Skills

Required

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Experience attaining/achieving target-led quotas for sales bookings and revenue generation
  • Experience deploying sales methodology to accelerate deal closure through value based selling approach
  • Strong sales financial acumen related to deal structures and value to execution to the partner ecosystem
  • Ability to work within a matrixed environment to drive sales with solution-focused, client-first mindset
  • Experience of collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver commercial goals
  • Ability to work independently within a complex and competitive environment
  • High level of problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English and Korean

Nice to have

  • Experience working with issuer/acquirers or global schemes in Korea or Mongolia
  • Experience selling loyalty solutions, risk solutions, or network solutions within the payment industry
