Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, Mail

Superhuman Superhuman · Consumer · United States · Remote · Growth

This role is for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing for Superhuman Mail, focusing on user journey acceleration across activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. The role involves defining lifecycle strategy, building foundational systems like segmentation and experimentation, and executing programs across email and in-product messaging. It also includes designing cross-sell journeys across Superhuman's product ecosystem (Grammarly, Coda, Mail) and working with cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own lifecycle strategy for Superhuman Mail (0→1 and scale) by defining and building end-to-end lifecycle across onboarding, activation, engagement, self serve team creation, expansion, retention, and win-back — including identifying key user moments, lifecycle gaps, and growth levers
  2. Build lifecycle foundation. Establish core systems including segmentation frameworks, lifecycle architecture, experimentation strategy, and KPI definitions (activation, engagement, retention, LTV)
  3. Design and optimize cross-sell and expansion journeys across Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman Mail — including audience prioritization, messaging strategy, and journey orchestration
  4. Build best-in-class lifecycle programs across email and in-product messaging — balancing scale, personalization, and user experience
  5. Work closely with Product, PMM, Data/Analytics, and Marketing Ops to align lifecycle with product surfaces, growth loops, and business goals
