Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty Content Management to drive growth through sourcing, curation, and optimization of merchant-funded offers for card-linked offer (CLO) programs. This role focuses on building scalable supply, improving offer quality and economics, and managing merchant relationships to enhance loyalty programs.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years’ experience in merchant-funded offers, affiliate marketing, loyalty content, or marketplace ecosystems.
  • Proven success building and optimising large-scale offer portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with commission-based models.
  • Data-driven decision maker with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
