This role is for a Senior Manager of M&A Integration & Strategic Programs at Okta. What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the development of program and integration strategy, providing thought leadership on broader organizational projects.
  2. Drive the end-to-end deal integration process for acquired companies, high-complexity programs and / or key workstreams by developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing challenges.
  3. Coordinate and direct the activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring operational readiness and alignment across the organization.
  4. Manage top executive stakeholders, maintaining excellence across program meetings and recurring syncs.
  5. Monitor program status and rapidly identify issues / risks. Succinctly communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution.

Skills

Required

  • 8-12+ years of experience in strategy / management consulting, business operations, corporate development, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts across a wide variety of technologies and domains.
  • Experience using AI tools or automation to streamline operational processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

  • Practical expertise in enterprise software / B2B SaaS industry and/or previous high-growth operations or startup experience is a plus.
  • Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.
