Senior Manager, Manufacturing Product & Test Engineering

This role leads manufacturing product and test engineering, focusing on ensuring products are designed, validated, and manufactured with robust, scalable, and cost-effective test solutions. It involves overseeing product engineering, test engineering, and new product introduction (NPI) through mass production, partnering with design, quality, and external partners to deliver high-quality products while optimizing test coverage, yield, and cost. The role champions Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies, and leads teams in advanced test engineering and data analytics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead NPI readiness and manufacturing ramp strategies to ensure successful product launches.
  2. Oversee product engineering activities supporting manufacturing, including BOM management, configuration control, and engineering change implementation (ECO/ECN).
  3. Lead the development and deployment of manufacturing test strategies, including functional, parametric, environmental, and reliability testing.
  4. Partner with design to ensure smooth product transfers from development to manufacturing.
  5. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing product and test engineering teams across multiple locations.
