Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Activation for APAC to lead regional go-to-market and commercial activation for Product & Content within their Ads business. This role acts as the primary GTM co-pilot for Regional Ads Leaders, bridging global strategy with regional nuance to turn local expertise into a global competitive advantage. Responsibilities include regional planning, commercial execution, cross-functional partnership, and leading a high-performing regional team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead regional go-to-market and commercial activation for Product & Content (including Live and Custom Sponsorships), in close partnership with Regional Commercial teams
  2. Serve as the single point of contact for the Regional Ads Leader, streamlining all aspects of local market activation support (Ads Product, Content/Live, internal launches, sales enablement, etc.)
  3. Partner with Global Market Activation and Product & Tech teams to translate global strategies into clear, executable regional plans that reflect local market dynamics, buyer behavior, product readiness, and inventory mix
  4. Act as the primary strategic thought partner for Product Marketing in the region, including product–market fit, feedback loops, product activation, and tracking of key performance metrics
  5. Ensure commercial plans are accurate, transparent, and adaptable, providing timely insights and recommendations to Regional Commercial teams
