Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics (Events) to own the portfolio intelligence layer for the global World Tour program. This role involves evaluating market performance, modeling scenarios, and synthesizing insights to inform leadership decisions on portfolio evolution. The position requires building and maintaining analytical systems for performance visibility, market expansion, event rotation, and portfolio optimization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the analytical modeling that informs the global World Tour footprint.
  2. Maintain the centralized performance view of the World Tour portfolio.
  3. Build and maintain the institutional knowledge base for the World Tour portfolio.
  4. Develop scenario models that support leadership decisions such as: Expanding into new markets, Rotating or reevaluating existing cities, Adjusting the portfolio balance across regions, Identifying emerging market opportunities
  5. Own the cadence and preparation of the Global World Tour Portfolio Review, providing leadership with regular visibility into: Overall portfolio health, Regional performance comparisons, Emerging demand signals, Underperforming markets, Potential footprint adjustments
