Senior Manager, Marketing Partnership role at Netflix focusing on building and executing partner marketing strategies in the SEA & ANZ region. What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own the Partner Marketing strategy for SEA & ANZ with a clear lens of how it will help deliver on our broader business strategy.
  2. Partner with the country teams to develop, refine and execute functional strategies, including defining clear goals and short, mid & long term roadmaps.
  3. Provide thought partnership and guidance around opportunity sizing, identifying consumer & partner motivations, key GTM levers and clear success metrics for initiatives across existing & new partnerships in the region.
  4. Establish & foster deep relationships with key senior marketing stakeholders on the partner-side.
  5. Partner with key cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Business Development, Partner Solutions, Partnership Strategy & Analysis and Country Marketing to maximise Partnership impact in the region.

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years experience in Tech & Entertainment
  • Regional knowledge and expertise in SEA (TH, ID)
  • Expert in Full Funnel Marketing
  • Experience in budget ownership
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience across PayTV/Telecommunication/CE
  • Knowledge of a second SEAsian language
