Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships for Netflix France, responsible for driving subscriber acquisition and value through high-quality partnerships with electronics brands, pay TV, and Telco operators. This role involves owning the marketing relationship, developing co-marketing strategies, executing full-funnel campaigns, and leveraging data and consumer insights to achieve mutually aligned goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the marketing relationship with Broadband, Mobile and pay TV partners as their first point of contact.
  2. Work with consumer insights to identify growth audiences, understand their barriers/drivers to sign up, and action these insights into a go-to-market strategy.
  3. Understand our partner's strategy & identify the most relevant levers to build a win-win strategy with them, with the right value propositions & marketing full funnel activities
  4. Leverage data and consumer insights to co‑develop differentiated consumer propositions with each key partner.
  5. Define and execute the partner marketing strategy for each partner to drive subscriber growth and value, brand preference and partner satisfaction.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years in brand/partner/B2B marketing, ideally in entertainment, media, telco, tech or similar
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven experience leading co-marketing partnerships with large brands and operating as a senior, partner-facing marketer
  • The ability to analyze data and translate this into a business strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and experience developing upsell, cross-sell and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

  • Understanding of partner sales channels (including training and incentives) is a big plus
  • Good creative acumen with a track record of delivering effective 360° campaigns across multiple channels and formats
  • A scale-up mentality, experience building solutions from scratch and an excitement for the unknown/untested
  • Comfortable switching between strategic discussions and day-to-day campaign execution
  • Passionate about entertainment, content, design, and technology
