Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Mental Health & Wellbeing to architect and lead critical mental health and family support programs for a global workforce. This role involves optimizing workflows, testing new ways of working, and reimagining employee journeys through AI experimentation to create more intuitive and personalized engagement. The candidate will also manage vendor relationships, analyze program data, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure program success and compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Portfolio Ownership: Drive the success of flagship programs in the US and Globally
  2. AI-Driven UX Transformation: Identify friction points in how employees interact with our offerings and leverage AI to design a more intuitive, personalized, and seamless engagement journey.
  3. Process Innovation: Act as the functional lead to identify, design, and implement efficiency initiatives within the Wellbeing team using AI and automation.
  4. 10+ years of progressive experience in global workplace wellbeing, Global Benefits, or program management, with a track record of designing and implementing impactful mental health strategies
