This is a Senior Manager, Mid-Enterprise Partner Sales role at Klaviyo, an AI company. What you'd actually do

  1. oversee a team of Partner Account Managers, ensuring they are set up for success to achieve their goals
  2. The Senior Manager, Mid-Enterprise Partner Account Managers recruits, trains, develops and supports experienced Partner Managers working within the Mid-Enterprise and enterprise segment to ensure that they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  3. Responsible for training and developing their direct reports, while also being on top of the forecast and important leading indicators of success.
  4. In this role you are responsible for enabling your team to manage Klaviyo partners, and ensure they are articulating the value of Klaviyo, differentiating Klaviyo from other solutions, managing business development opportunities (and co-selling) with their partners, driving co-marketing alongside the ecosystem marketing team, and ensuring they are acting as a thought leaders in their space.
  5. Become a trusted management advisor that your team can lean on regularly

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of relationship building experience
  • Management experience
  • partnerships and/or sales experience with a direct revenue target
  • 4-6 years of SaaS account management, channel and/or sales experience
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
