Senior Manager, Business Development for Visa's New Zealand Client Engagement team. Responsible for account management of key banking and fintech relationships, driving Visa's presence, revenue growth, and diversification through value-added services and commercial/money movement solutions. Requires strong business development, client relationship, project management, analytical, and communication skills to meet financial targets and execute initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be the key day-to-day contact point for an existing client portfolio and drive new client relationships. You will be acting as the face of Visa in several external situations, especially in the Fintech ecosystem.
  2. Delivery of account financial targets include payment volume, net revenue and value-added services revenue.
  3. Develop, execute and monitor client investment plans in conjunction with account executive team to ensure all partnership incentives are allocated to maximise ROI for client and Visa.
  4. Identify business opportunities, including demonstrating the value of Visa solutions to support client objectives.
  5. Staying abreast of regulatory, technological, and competitive developments in the Fintech sector and proactively identifying how these impact client needs and Visa’s Value proposition.
