What you'd actually do

  1. Provides the leadership and focus to drive growth, profitability, performance and overall results for our clients and Visa's business within Pacific Islands.
  2. Lead Visa’s end-to-end sales and business development process in Pacific Islands and have accountability for the entire sales funnel for Pacific Islands business: developing Visa’s sales strategy, generating leads, developing sales material, prospecting potential clients, as well as structuring and closing partnerships with the single aim of enabling clients and partners of all shapes and sizes to grow with Visa.
  3. Sets and manages the vision and strategy for important client relationships, in collaboration with cross-functional Visa stakeholders and the executive teams at the respective clients.
  4. Partners with the senior management and key decision makers within our client institutions, to ensure that Visa's client teams are fully integrated at the business level with clients in order to develop and execute strategies that deliver growth for our clients businesses.
  5. Serve as an advocate of the industry and represent Visa as a thought leader in the marketplace. Sharing Visa’s views on industry developments with clients and merchants and articulating how Visa products and solutions can enhance their business results. Provides an articulate and influential external voice of Visa including representing Visa at industry forums.
