This is a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing role for Wiz, a cloud security company. The role is responsible for defining and driving the partner marketing strategy in the AMER region, leading a team, managing distribution models, and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in partner/channel marketing, people management, and the B2B SaaS/Enterprise technology landscape.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the annual and quarterly partner marketing strategy for the AMER region, ensuring alignment with Nationals and Regional Partner Sales leadership and Global Revenue Marketing objectives.
  2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Partner Marketing Managers, ensuring high-quality "Executive Ready" deliverables, strategic overlay and execution across the team.
  3. Serve as the primary architect and manager for the distribution model (upon introduction), overseeing distributor marketing strategy, performance, MDF allocation, and ROI.
  4. Partner closely with AMER Partner Sales and Field Marketing to ensure partner programs and campaigns are directly contributing to regional pipeline targets and KPIs.
  5. Oversee the AMER partner marketing budget, ensuring strategic investment across Premier partners, regions and maintaining strict accountability for spend and accruals in collaboration with the DIrector, Partner Marketing.
