Senior Manager, Partner Sales Enablement

This role is for a Senior Manager of Partner Sales Enablement at Google Cloud. The primary focus is on developing and executing a comprehensive partner sales enablement strategy, designing learning initiatives, and tracking KPIs to measure program effectiveness. The role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver global learning experiences and requires experience in partner enablement, channel management, or sales training within the cloud computing sector, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Experience leveraging AI and learning technologies for training initiatives and people management experience are also required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive a comprehensive partner sales enablement strategy that aligns with Google’s growth objectives and partner needs.
  2. Design modern, high-impact learning strategies that delight our partners.
  3. Establish strong trust with external partner stakeholders; deeply understand their ecosystems, identify areas for improvement, and fiercely advocate for their success internally.
  4. Develop and track KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness, assess partner readiness, and drive continuous optimization across all learning tracks.
  5. Work cross-functionally with teams like Google Cloud Business Enablement and Partner Technical Enablement, you will the development and delivery of global learning experiences—including on-demand programs, interactive webinars, sales credentials, and localized resources—to ensure partners can effectively communicate the value of Google solutions.
