Senior Manager for Photo & AV Studio in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at Netflix, responsible for leading a team and executing strategic visual content projects for marketing campaigns. What you'd actually do

  1. Own and define the Photo & AV Studio strategy for Netflix CEE (on-set & off-set), ensuring strong alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
  2. Set a clear vision for your team and act as a compass within the Marketing group, guiding direction, maintaining alignment, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  3. Provide clarity in ways of working, establish operational excellence, and delegate effectively, ensuring workload is distributed fairly and work is well-organized without micromanaging.
  4. Communicate your vision and priorities regularly across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and momentum.
  5. Develop and execute local title strategies to capture and produce creative assets that support marketing campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
