Senior Product Manager for Amazon Connect's Workforce Acceleration team, focusing on developing next-generation generative AI-infused contact center capabilities. The role involves defining product roadmaps, requirements, and go-to-market strategies, working cross-functionally to deliver high-scale, customer-focused solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define creative, high quality, and clear product roadmaps based on customer and stakeholder needs, team strategy, and vision
  2. Develop detailed, crisp business requirements, and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for the capabilities offered
  3. Define target customer segment, engage, and onboard initial customers, and advocate on their behalf to define product vision iteratively
  4. Partner with Marketing and other AWS professional services teams to craft a go-to-market strategy to fuel the growth of customer base as well as product feature set
  5. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among needs of various customer and stakeholder groups, as well as, system performance and scalability.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience in people management
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • 8+ years of successful technology products work from ideation through launch experience
