This role leads the Policy & Content vertical within Lime's Market Development organization. It involves managing a team responsible for building and running the company's city-facing narrative, analysis, and content capabilities. The role focuses on producing policy analysis, strategic insights, and content for RFPs, regulatory engagement, and market growth strategies. It also involves building city intelligence and content infrastructure, including leveraging integrated AI tooling, and owning the city-facing narrative by managing content libraries and developing strategies for communication with regulators and city decision-makers. The role requires translating product and operational excellence into compelling narratives and building cross-functional content communities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for Lime's city-facing narrative capability
  2. Manage a six-person team that spans policy analysis, content and narrative development, and design — providing direction, prioritization, and professional development
  3. Partner with the Proposals team to evolve tracking and data-driven insights of what cities are asking, how Lime has answered, and how requirements are evolving across regions.
  4. Manage and evolve the city-facing content library: narrative modules, one-pagers, talking points, proposal language, campaign materials, and issue-specific positioning.
  5. Build a cross-functional content community of practice, including establishing direct relationships with subject matter experts and creating improved processes for capturing the latest developments and findings from Lime’s technology, operations, and business functions to transform into compelling written and strategy assets
