  1. Drive the strategy, vision, and execution for Disney Campaign Manager with a focus on self-service features for SMB advertisers, robust support for sales-assisted workflows, and seamless end-to-end API integrations for partner onboarding and campaign lifecycle management.
  2. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing product managers, ensuring clear responsibilities and career development opportunities.
  3. Define and prioritize product requirements that reflect advertiser pain points, address sales and operational needs, and enable scalable revenue growth.
  4. Ensure that product specifications, user stories, and backlogs are actionable, consumer-centric, and easily consumable by engineering partners.
  5. Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Foster open communication and efficient collaboration among stakeholders.
