Senior Manager, Product Management to lead a critical domain within platforms and workflows powering how Product, Design, and AI teams plan, prioritize, align, and report at enterprise scale. This role steers technology investments, aligning strategy, funding, and people to maximize enterprise value. Responsibilities include integration strategy, reporting infrastructure, enterprise oversight of platform usage, adherence to standards, and promotion of reuse. The role also involves product strategy, continuous planning enablement, and leading initiatives through the full product lifecycle. Requires strong collaboration with engineering, data, finance, strategy, and AI partners, simplifying complex concepts for stakeholders and influencing across matrixed organizations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with an existing PM to support integrations between planning systems and execution systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  2. Serve as the product counterpart to GTP Engineering for Airtable platform performance, scalability, and technical roadmap alignment
  3. Provide structured oversight of Airtable usage across enterprise teams beyond Product
  4. Translate organizational strategy into scalable product capabilities across roadmaps, intake, prioritization, dependency management, and reporting
  5. Lead initiatives through the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management OR 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Deep experience working across the full product lifecycle in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong user story writing, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and workflow diagramming skills
  • Comfortable understanding a product’s tech stack and engaging in technical discussions with engineering partners
  • Hands-on experience with Airtable, including schema design, automations, permissions, and enterprise-scale configuration
  • Experience supporting integrations, APIs, data contracts, and reporting infrastructure
  • Operate effectively as a product partner to engineering teams on shared platform ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to simplify complex problems and align senior stakeholders
  • Think in systems and prioritize scalability, governance, and reuse
  • Can influence across large, matrixed organizations
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing products
