What you'd actually do

  1. Enable IT teams to perform proactive monitoring, leverage telemetry data (ie logs, metrics, traces) to detect anomalies, identifying potential issues before they impact users, gaining real-time visibility into network performance, and deriving actionable insights for faster incident response towards delivering seamless connectivity, minimizing downtime, and optimizing user experiences.
  2. Drive 3rd party and internal tools to effectively support Dependency mapping, Audit trail (applied to Applications), Application Performance Monitoring, and Event Correlation
  3. Drive tools to support SRE, Incident and Resilience practices
  4. Support the developer journey driving automated onboarding and visibility, and auto instrumentation
  5. Focus on minimizing the Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) through automation, process optimization and automated incident response
