Senior Product Manager for Platform Interface & Standards within Capital One's Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (C.O.R.E.) team. This role focuses on defining and productizing the interfaces (APIs, schemas, contracts) that enable developers to interact with the managed infrastructure layer, supporting Generative AI exploration and other emerging business initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary architect for the "handshake" between our cloud infrastructure and the broader enterprise ecosystem.
  2. Responsible for productizing the interfaces—including APIs, schemas, and software contracts—that allow developers to interact with the Managed Infrastructure Layer transparently.
  3. Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design
  4. Breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories, driving your team towards lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a valid feature test
  5. Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build cutting edge solutions to help customers
