Senior Manager, Product Manager for Capital One's Customer Restrictions Product team. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of product managers to develop data products within a modern, real-time data ecosystem. The focus is on improving customer experience by enabling real-time, intelligent updates to protect customers from fraud and accelerate fund access. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and mentor a team of product managers in developing our universe of data products, including helping customers in moments that matter.
  2. Our data ecosystem plays a critical role in improving customer experience by enabling real-time, intelligent updates to unlock capabilities that will protect our customers from fraudulent activity and create quicker access to their funds by accelerating the response time.
  3. This role is crucial for transforming the data experience for all of our customer personas across Small Business Bank and will play a leading role in shaping local and partner roadmaps as we define shared capabilities that can be scaled across our line of business, and Enterprise.
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
  5. Manage and mentor product managers, champion data-driven decision making and foster a culture of data literacy.
