Senior Manager, Product Market Readiness & Business Operations for Comcast's Xfinity Consumer Product Marketing portfolio. This role focuses on shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, operationalizing product plans, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Field Operations, and Sales. Responsibilities include strategic development, operational execution, insights and analysis, and stakeholder management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and refine multi‑year GTM and business operations strategies that bring the Xfinity Consumer Product Marketing priorities to life.
  2. Serve as GTM lead for one or more products, ensuring all functions deliver inputs on time and to standard.
  3. Build and maintain operating rhythms, performance dashboards, workbacks, and decision frameworks to enable seamless execution.
  4. Partner closely with Field Operations to ensure GTM readiness and post launch support.
  5. Lead analytical deep dives to evaluate product performance, GTM success, and cross‑functional efficiency.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in strategy and development, product management, consulting, business operations or related field
  • Strong strategic development and cross-functional leadership background.
  • Proven ability to “build from scratch”—creating frameworks, processes, and materials independently.
  • Exceptional communication and executive-ready presentation skills.
  • Strong operational instincts: knows how to navigate the organization and get things done.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience structuring, evaluating, and presenting data-driven recommendations.
