We are seeking a world-class technical product leader to spearhead the evolution of the Amazon Seller Assistant. You will lead a high-performing team of technical product managers and collaborate with top-tier scientists and engineers to launch production-grade multi-agent systems that operate at Amazon’s scale. You are a "leader of leaders," responsible for both defining 0-to-1 innovations and scaling agentic capabilities to millions of sellers.
Key job responsibilities • Lead the product vision and roadmap for Seller Assistant. • Lead the agentic AI transformation for dozens of Amazon teams building on Seller Assistant. • Design and scale agentic primitives — reasoning, planning, memory, context engineering — that power next-generation seller experiences. • Build and scale industry-leading evaluation infrastructure: automated pipelines and human-in-the-loop frameworks that ensure quality and trust at scale. • Turn advanced AI into capabilities millions of sellers actively use and depend on. • Hire, develop, and inspire a team of exceptional product managers.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience building and scaling agentic AI applications
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience leading cross-functional software development teams, operations , UX Designer and other Product Managers
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
