What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and grow a group of Technical and Business Consultants
  2. Oversee end-to-end delivery of client engagements across Data and Marketing Automation domains
  3. Provide strategic guidance on customer data strategy, CDP, and customer journey orchestration
  4. Build strong relationships with key client
  5. Define and evolve service offerings in Data and Marketing Automation

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, digital marketing, or data-related roles
  • 3+ years of experience in team management or leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Automation / Customer Journey tools
  • Strong understanding of Data architecture and integration
  • Proven experience delivering complex enterprise projects
  • Excellent customer management and communication skills
  • Business-level English or above
  • Native or fluent Japanese is required

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, AJO, Analytics, Target, etc.)
  • Experience in both Technical Consulting and Business Consulting environments
  • Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and compliance
  • Experience in global or matrix organizations
