Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships

Thyme Care is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships to support and grow relationships with strategic oncology provider partners. This role focuses on executing in-clinic pilots, supporting partner operations, and deepening engagement across key accounts. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or operations, with strong project management and relationship-building skills. Experience with Value-Based Care models and oncology practices is preferred. The role emphasizes acting with partners in mind, moving with purpose, building strong relationships, and being operationally minded and results-driven.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the execution of in-clinic pilots and interventions with strategic oncology partners
  2. Provide ongoing operational support to ensure seamless collaboration between Thyme Care and provider teams
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders within partner organizations
  4. Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for select accounts, ensuring responsiveness and alignment
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and expand collaboration

Skills

Required

  • 3–7+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work with external partners
  • Understanding of Value-Based Care models and healthcare delivery systems
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel periodically (TX, TN, FL)
