Role Overview As Senior Manager, Rack Deployment, you will own execution of rack installation programs that directly enable capacity growth. This role is accountable for throughput, quality, safety, and schedule certainty across deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end rack deployment execution, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and QA.
- Lead installation teams and enforce documentation, workmanship, and safety standards.
- Manage logistics, materials flow, and readiness for rapid scaling.
- Track deployment KPIs (velocity, defects, rework) and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational requirements.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
