Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Recruiting Technology to lead the development and lifecycle of their recruiting technology ecosystem. This role involves defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or Recruiting Tech product management, a strong understanding of AI concepts, and the ability to manage products from conception to launch, ensuring ethical AI development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all of recruiting
  2. Serve as the primary Tech POC for the full recruiter & candidate journey — job creation & discovery, application, assessment, interviewing & scheduling, offer and more.
  3. Define key performance indicators (critical metrics) and measure product performance.
  4. Own the product roadmap for Salesforce's core recruiting platforms including Workday Recruiting, CRM and more.
