Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Scaled Services, Enablement and Support

Walmart Walmart · Retail · Bentonville, AR

Senior Manager responsible for commercializing digital product features, leading go-to-market efforts, and ensuring alignment between product, sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to drive customer adoption and business growth for Walmart's web and app platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead go-to-market efforts for new digital features, positioning them to maximize customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
  2. Partner closely with Product to understand feature roadmaps, priorities, and launch timing — then work with marketing, membership, sales, and site merchandising to drive alignment and execution. (Note: role does not directly manage engineering priorities but ensures commercial teams are aligned with Product’s roadmap.)
  3. Create, own, and maintain a Commercialization Plan artifact that ties together multiple features into a connected story or set of themes, ensuring launches are positioned within broader customer and business contexts (e.g., seasonal campaigns, customer pain points).
  4. Ensure feature launches are embedded into seasonal events, promotions, and key campaigns (e.g., Halloween, Holiday, Back-to-School).
  5. Serve as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and product to capture insights, prioritize enhancements, and ensure features deliver measurable value.
