Senior Manager, Revenue Recruiting to drive hiring for Pre and Post sales roles in North America. Will manage 7 GTM Recruiters and partner with GTM leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs and build recruiting strategies. Role requires strong data and metrics driven mindset and openness to using AI to amplify skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and directly manage 7 GTM recruiters.
  2. Partner with Vanta’s GTM leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor and report on progress, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally.
  3. Build, develop, and innovate unique strategies to ensure all GTM recruiting functions are able to hit quarterly hiring goals.
  4. Diagnose and solve problems or bottlenecks in the hiring funnels with your team.
  5. Monitor and report on key metrics to stakeholders and Vanta’s leadership team.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of business recruiting experience
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in start-up and scaled environments
  • Expertise in GTM recruiting areas
  • Data and metrics driven mindset
