Senior Manager to lead a team driving enterprise strategy, architecture, and execution for collaboration, SaaS Apps (including Gen AI), and work management platforms. Focus on scaling platforms, defining workflows, governance, and automation for secure and scalable AI integration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and scale a high-performing team owning enterprise SaaS platforms for collaboration, Gen AI, and work management (Slack, Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Gemini, Perplexity, OpenAI, etc.). Drive enterprise strategy, architecture, and multi‑year roadmaps in partnership with IT, Security, AI, and business leaders.
  2. Define unified workflows, governance, and automation frameworks for onboarding, identity management, data protection, and license optimization, improving efficiency, reliability, and compliance at scale.
  3. Lead all aspects of end‑to‑end platform and integration architecture, embedding automated workflows (summarization, knowledge retrieval, task automation) across collaboration ecosystems.
  4. Act as enterprise product and platform owner—set vision, align strategy, and use data and metrics to guide investments, measure business impact, and drive adoption.
  5. Lead transformation from legacy to cloud and AI‑native platforms while developing top talent, fostering innovation, and ensuring global alignment and operational excellence.
