Senior Manager, Sales Compensation responsible for the design, administration, and operational excellence of global sales commission plans. Leads a team of analysts for commission calculations, reporting, and inquiry resolution. Ensures plans are competitive, scalable, accurate, and aligned with business strategy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Compensation Analysts responsible for commissions processing, reporting, dashboards, and field support.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, market‑competitive commission plans aligned with company strategy, values, and evolving business needs.
  3. Oversee accurate and timely processing of global commission payouts by the analyst team and in partnership with Finance.
  4. Direct the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and data models that support insights, forecasting, and commission plan governance.
  5. Lead the team responsible for resolving commission-related inquiries from the Revenue organization.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, or related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, business analysis, finance, or related roles
  • 3+ years of people management experience
