This role leads a North American team of sales consultants focused on maximizing customer value and driving business outcomes by aligning Oracle's products and services with client objectives and industry trends. The Director will ensure high-impact delivery of strategic consulting services, foster executive relationships, and represent Oracle's industry vision.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of 7+ senior consultants, ensuring performance excellence and professional growth.
  2. Develop and execute customer-centric strategies that align Oracle’s products and services with client business objectives and industry trends.
  3. Be accountable for the successful delivery of high-impact industry value engagements, executive workshops, assessments, and strategic initiatives for premier enterprise customers.
  4. Partner with sales, product, and solutions teams to support account planning, opportunity shaping, and value articulation.
  5. Serve as the executive sponsor for key transformation projects, ensuring outcomes align with Oracle’s and the customer's priorities.
