Attentive is seeking a Sr. Sales Development Manager to lead their US Strategic team. The role involves defining and executing outbound strategy, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Responsibilities include coaching a team of SDRs, developing outbound prospecting processes, leveraging data for performance monitoring, building cross-functional relationships, and hiring/developing SDR talent. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Sales Development/SaaS sales, 3+ years management experience, and familiarity with sales tools like Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives, equipping them with the resources, coaching, and support they need to drive strong business results
  2. Develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting that will drive more revenue to the company and align with Attentive’s go-to-market motion
  3. Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor team productivity, drive accountability, and continuously improve results
  4. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional peers to drive business outcomes for Attentive
  5. Hire, onboard, and develop and retain top SDR talent, supporting career progression through individualized development plans

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Familiarity with Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator
  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in multi-product environments
  • Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
