Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager for their Sales Strategy team in Australia. This role focuses on translating vision into executable Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, managing the rhythm of business for the Enterprise segment, providing business analytics, and driving cross-functional execution of transformational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in management consulting, sales strategy, or business operations within a SaaS or high-growth environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Salesforce experience and SQL proficiency are preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted co-pilot to the SVP, translating vision into executable GTM plans, including account segmentation, resource allocation, and territory design.
  2. Own the end-to-end rhythm for the Enterprise segment, ensuring the right conversations happen at the right time during forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
  3. Provide the analytical bedrock for leadership decisions by building dashboards that surface business health and performing ad-hoc analyses on pipeline and participation rates.
  4. Navigate organizational complexity to drive execution of long-term transformational initiatives.

Skills

Required

  • 5-7+ years in management consulting, sales strategy, or business operations within a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to structure complex problems, diagnose root causes, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior audiences
  • Excellent storytelling skills, able to distill complex information into clear narratives for executive stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Salesforce (CRM) experience
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or CRM Analytics
