What you'd actually do

  1. Initiate and lead Rapid Response Teams (RRTs) composed of cross-functional SMEs including Technical Operations, Quality, Planning, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and External Manufacturing
  2. Manage multiple concurrent RRTs to contain and resolve supply chain disruptions in a timely and effective manner
  3. Drive accountability across all levels of the organization to ensure execution of mitigation actions
  4. Lead high-priority issue resolution efforts, minimizing risk to business operations and customer impact
  5. Own and drive structured escalation processes including STEM, LTEM, and End-to-End Reliability governance
