What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the External Manufacturing & Electronic Systems Category and Supplier Relationship Management to develop E2E business category strategy and execution, supplier management and risk mitigation across Surgery, EPNV & Vision business units in MedTech.
  2. Reporting into the MedTech Center Category Management Leader, the role will provide overall coordination, facilitation and enablement of programs that will drive best practices and leverage across J&J Enterprise.
  3. Set clear goals, priorities, and performance measures to ensure alignment with business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
  4. Responsible for providing a practical and intellectual understanding of the global MedTech industry and its channels in order to provide a strong combination of strategic vision and hands-on leadership in all aspects of global sourcing operations.
  5. Provide oversight and direction for global EM&S category strategies.
