Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a large product or multiple smaller products/components and owns complete software lifecycle including activities such as but not limited to requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation/procedures and support.
- Typically, a 1st line manager of professionals working in the areas of Analytics, Cloud, platform and/or applications. Provide technical, people, and process leadership to the team
- Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure on time, high quality delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate the product in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses internal and external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains difficult or sensitive information to Leadership; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with 15+ years of experience.

- Hands on experience working with database technologies, including Oracle, SAP, SQL / NoSQL platforms, visualization applications such as Spotfire or Tableau
- Hands on experience on Java/JEE, Spring, REST, Kubernetes, Docker
- Good domain exposure - DICOM, HL7, Image Ingestion, Radiology workflows
- Hands-on Cloud experience, preferably AWS
