What you'd actually do

  2. Oversee delivery of complex enterprise application development projects across a broad technology portfolio, ensuring solutions align with long-term business objectives
  3. Define, implement, and influence engineering strategy and standards, and drive adoption across the organization
  4. Lead collaboration and decision-making across a wide network of stakeholders, delivery partners, operational teams, and vendor/contractor teams
  5. Champion operational excellence and lead appropriate incident management and resolution for mission-critical production systems

  • 12+ years of professional experience with 6+ years of managing global engineering teams at scale, including vendor partners and extended contractor teams
  • Demonstrated delivery accountability for complex enterprise application development
  • Proficiency across a spectrum of delivery methodologies (Agile, Kanban, hybrid, waterfall)
  • Proficiency in leading AI software development life cycle with AI tools and deep expertise
  • Experience in building Agents and AI led applications
  • Experience in Sales and Quote to Cash business domains — including Account, Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order, and Invoicing,Billing and integrations to ERP
  • Experience managing external customer-facing and public-facing properties
  • Track record of leading production operations for mission-critical applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Ability to oversee multiple complex project deliveries in parallel

  • A related technical degree required.
