Skills

Required

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
  • 12+ overall years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering
  • Proven track record of building and scaling teams from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in building software solutions and automation.
  • Strong hands-on skills with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containerization (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PagerDuty, or similar).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages for automation and tooling.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to translate "deep tech" into business value.
