This role is for a Senior Manager, Sourcing at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. The primary responsibility is to build, own, and execute the corporate services procurement function, managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for categories like IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. What you'd actually do

  1. Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
  2. Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
  3. Serve as a key business partner to corporate leaders, delivering value, mitigating risk, and ensuring the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth
  4. Lead and manage Sourcing Specialists and build out the corporate procurement team
  5. Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
  • Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
  • Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder partnership skills
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
  • Deep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories
  • MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM)
