Senior Manager to lead successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for customers, partnering with Sales and Consulting leadership to drive new services opportunities and expansion across existing accounts. This role blends strong delivery leadership with client-facing commercial acumen.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (and related HCM capabilities) using Oracle’s delivery methodology.
  2. Own project governance: establish project plans, status reporting, steering committees, and executive communications.
  3. Manage project scope, schedule, resourcing, and financials; ensure delivery meets contractual commitments and customer outcomes.
  4. Support new sales and expansion opportunities by leading discovery workshops, shaping delivery approach, and contributing to solution proposals.
  5. Provide leadership, mentorship and direction to cross-functional project teams (Consulting resources, partners, subcontractors) and promote standard processes, templates, and continuous improvement.
