This role is for a Senior Manager, Strategy PMO within Visa's Card Benefits Platform & Affluent Channels team. The primary focus is on orchestrating the planning process, driving organizational and cross-functional alignment, and building the infrastructure for strategic direction and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include developing a product planning program with a prioritization framework, crafting executive narratives, driving cross-functional alignment on goals, orchestrating OKRs, and evaluating business ideas through research and analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and lead the product planning program, including a prioritization framework that creates clarity and predictability for the organization
  2. Craft executive-level narratives for strategic projects and planning that synthesize insights, frame decisions, and build alignment across leadership
  3. Drive cross-functional alignment on goals through well-structured review sessions, ensuring teams have clarity on shared outcomes, scope, dependencies, and success metrics
  4. Orchestrate objectives and key results, working with the leadership team to translate strategic priorities into clear, coordinated milestones and goals
  5. Evaluate and shape business critical ideas by conducting research, analyzing options, and developing business cases

Skills

Required

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 6 plus years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or similar roles with experience in SaaS and scaled customer-facing environments
  • A systems mindset with demonstrated experience developing strategy, building business cases, and influencing cross-functional and senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Able to structure ambiguous problems, use data to guide decision making, and generate actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in executive storytelling and change management
  • Willing to flex across strategy and execution.
