Senior Manager, Supply Chain Programs at Johnson & Johnson, responsible for end-to-end supply chain leadership across product lifecycle management and complex supply chain initiatives for the SV Implants portfolio. This role requires deep understanding of the business segment and supply chain, partnership with Innovation, Marketing, and Commercial Teams, and leading cross-functional teams to define and deliver lifecycle management roadmaps.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development and execution of product lifecycle management roadmaps for the SV Implants value stream, and establish robust governance aligned with global portfolio processes
  2. Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute lifecycle strategies and complex supply chain programs, including portfolio optimization and phase-out activities (e.g., SKU rationalization, delisting, simplification, cost reduction), while ensuring supply continuity
  3. Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams to deliver objectives, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation and contingency plans
  4. Ensure value stream and program teams understand lifecycle strategies, objectives, risks, and mitigation plans across the end-to-end SV Implants supply chain
  5. Ensure the broader supply chain organization is informed, engaged, and prepared to execute lifecycle strategies and complex supply chain programs

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8 years of relevant business experience
  • Experience within one or more supply chain functions (Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Management)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and influencing within a matrix organization
  • Experience operating within governance frameworks and leading portfolio or program reviews
  • Proven ability to build alignment, influence without authority, and lead cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments and manage ambiguity

Nice to have

  • Technical degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Large-scale complex program and/or portfolio management experience
  • Value stream management experience
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience
