Senior Manager, System Validation

NVIDIA NVIDIA · Semiconductors · Yokneam, Israel

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager for System Product Engineering to lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the end-to-end validation of production line tests, JIGs, and tester electronics for networking products. The role involves defining strategy, driving continuous improvement, and identifying automation/AI-driven approaches to validation workflows. Requires extensive experience in hardware/system-level test engineering, production test development, and engineering management, including managing managers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive a strategic roadmap for the group, including automation, tooling, methodologies, and scaling strategies
  2. Establish and evolve validation methodologies and standards (JIG V&V, test board validation, regression analysis, Cp/Cpk, production coverage metrics) across all product families
  3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in validation quality, cycle time, first-pass yield (FPY), and test time reduction (TTR)
  4. Identify and champion automation and AI-driven approaches to validation workflows
  5. Own end-to-end V&V execution across NPI (New Product Introduction) and Mass Production phases for NICs, DPUs, and Switches

  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams (10+ engineers across HW, SW, and validation disciplines)
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, Python-based test development, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with configuration management, version control (Git), and release management processes
  • Ability to lead through influence — manage up, across, and down in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution discipline
